1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using VEXO Hub, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use VEXO Hub.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into these terms in your location. If you use VEXO Hub on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
3. Accounts and guest mode
Some features may be used in guest mode, while others may require an authenticated account. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting account access and maintaining the security of your device.
Do not share authentication credentials. Notify us promptly if you reasonably believe your account has been compromised. We may require reauthentication for sensitive actions, including account deletion.
4. Acceptable use
You may use VEXO Hub for lawful personal or authorized organizational purposes. You must not:
- use VEXO Hub to violate law or another person’s rights;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems or data;
- distribute malware or interfere with the application, website or service providers;
- reverse engineer or circumvent security measures except where law expressly permits;
- misrepresent an unofficial build, website or service as an authorized VEXO Hub release;
- use automated methods to overload or scrape the website in a manner that disrupts service.
5. Your content and responsibilities
You retain rights in information you create or store in VEXO Hub. You are responsible for that content, including whether you have the right to store it and whether it is appropriate to keep on your device.
VEXO Hub is an organization tool, not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, safety or record-retention advice. Do not rely on a reminder as the only safeguard for a critical deadline.
6. Backups and data loss
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups. Guest and local workspace data may be lost if you uninstall the application, clear application data, lose access to the device or fail to retain a valid backup.
Keep each exported `.vexo` backup with its matching `.sha256` checksum file. Protect backup files from unauthorized access. A successful export does not guarantee that a third-party destination will retain the files indefinitely.
7. Availability and changes
Features may change as VEXO Hub develops. We may modify, suspend or discontinue a feature when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, reliability or product improvement. We do not guarantee that every feature will be available on every Android device or in every region.
Public release builds will be identified through an official VEXO Hub distribution channel. Development, test or unsigned artifacts are not public production releases.
8. VEXO Hub ownership
VEXO Hub, its website, branding, interface, documentation and software are owned by or licensed to VEXO Hub and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the application and website according to these terms.
Open-source components remain subject to their applicable licenses.
9. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VEXO Hub is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement where legally permitted. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that data loss can never occur.
Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VEXO Hub and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill or opportunities arising from use of or inability to use VEXO Hub.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using VEXO Hub at any time. You may delete local records or request account deletion through available application controls. We may suspend access to online features when reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, security risk, material breach or legal requirements.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the VEXO Hub operating entity, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Before filing a formal claim, please contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date will change when revised terms are published. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide an appropriate notice before the change takes effect where required.
